    we were pleased to find brand-new rooms at this victorian hotel. every staff member was very helpful and amiable. the property served toast and fruit for breakfast. best possible position was an added bonus. the breakfast was warm and free, the check in was quick.

    The 2 double bed room was functional and budget friendly.

    The bathroom was dated and dusty. The tile grout was dirty, the shower curtain was torn and the water pressure was at least serviceable. Overall the room was serviceable and functional making it a very budget friendly locale.

    My wife has special food requirements, so the refrigerator with separate freezer compartment worked very nicely. The shower worked very well and the beds were comfortable.
